Uiha has the benefit of Niji letting chuubas just do 'whatever'. She streamed a bit when she debuted (Most of her streams are member only now, like her debut) but it didn't take long for her to focus absolute more on the singing/dancing part. Her channel is basically for that and ocasional collabs.

As for concerts, well, they probably don't see as something that would do enough profit. She is a music oriented chuuba but with not the same fanbase size as someone like Sui or Calli

YouTube is culled but Twitch is almost completely unfiltered. Twitch views include people embedding streams on websites like Fextralife, afking for drops, viewbotting, and people who fell asleep and are getting funneled to different streams via hosting. You could say it's "real numbers" but it's definitely not actual viewers. The reason any kind of CCV/view filtering exists is to attempt to provide an accurate view count to advertisers that reflects viewers who had ads actually reach their audience. I think the existence of polls and the awareness issue has perhaps caused them to at least re-evaluate the 2020 cull, because polls were NOT a thing when they rolled that out.
Consider this(schizo theory): YT was flagging accounts in a bit to reduce ad payouts. The affected people would still have the ads play (giving Google their cut), but the analytics would fudge it so those people wouldn't always count to CCV after processing. Now, with polls, jig is up since flagged accounts (2020) still count to polls, so they can't hide it anymore. Either they roll back 2020 a 'bit' so blatant bullshit 100% engagement in under 4 minutes doesn't happen, or they nerf polls to hide the issue, otherwise people are going to keep slinging these screenshots at TeamYoutube.

My info might not be accurate but it is from indie jp vtubers on bilibili. Besides the 50% cut from bili (you can negotiate lower cuts aka special contracts like twitch), you get taxed in china once and then jp once when transferring money hence the 20% of sc revenue only. You need certain banks to transfer the money too, i read one indie had problems transferring the money from china. It also takes around 6 months to get your money from bili unless you are familiar with bili mods and get them to transfer the money to you, the transactions are normally handled by the bili group representing you which is full of volunteers. There are cases where the group representing the chuubas sending them less money without them being aware.
