On the topic of NDAs, I don't know about the Japanese entertainment industry, but in burgerland at least, a contract that prevents an actor from taking credit for a role would be illegal, I'm pretty sure. If not actually illegal then at least a huge violation of union rules which would cause them to fuck up your company. In Hollywood they go out of their way to credit everyone for every little thing to avoid that (which is why credits are so fucking long). A guy I know is credited as an assistant director and camera operator on a film because of one scene shot over a couple hours in a two-seater helicopter where he was the guy looking through a viewfinder. And what is Hololive if not a long-term acting gig.

So if Japan has any similar regulations in their entertainment industry, there would be nothing legally preventing her from telling people she was Coco aside from the fact that she doesn't want to for whatever reason. But then again I don't know. I would assume Japan has some regulatory laws in this area, being a first world country, but I could be wrong.

That was before she bothered to actually look into it at all. She also said she'd do an English stream and it took her like two years to actually do one, and she can make money immediately from an English stream without a month-long commitment to establish herself on another platform for a smaller cut than what she gets from Mildom. I think once she actually looks into Twitch's monetization requirements she's just gonna say "fuck it" and never touch her account other than to use to collab with a paranoid Vshojo, and she doesn't seem to be in a big hurry to have another collab with any of them. Basically every advantage that she mentioned is incorrect. Twitch chat is spammy as fuck I don't mean just due to the users , and while Twitch does have more moderator options, her Youtube requires literally no moderation. She does like one ban every 3 or 4 streams. She also said it's better for karaoke, which is blatantly false, and it has better video quality, where it won't for Kson unless she fucks with OBS, which she definitely will not do. Twitch actually locks non affiliates/partners out of transcoding sometimes so her stream will possibly be unwatchable to a lot of her EOPs in the shitty internet parts of the world.

The only real advantage that Twitch has over Youtube is its low latency mode actually works well, but I'm not sure if that's a feature limited to partners or not.
