IMO, Kronii should have done that since it fits her time motif well, but I'm not sure if any VTuber is willing to commit to a hard start time. Closest i've seen is the announcements for VOMS and HoloEN (which is technically a premiere), but those were handled by management.

Yo, who made Suzy's new intro and layouts? Did she do them on her own or was it done in-house or commissioned? Usually somebody would've announced that they made it by now in order to add it to their design portfolio (i.e. gogon's or LUMINA's Twitter), but there's no information out as of now.

It's usually when there are multiple hands on deck, and they're all focused on a single vision, that the end product becomes way impressive.
I find that having a single person working on art shit in general, they tend to become repetitive because they fallback on their same tried-and-true shit for their projects. Just look at gogon's work (picrel), or LUMINA'S usual hypebeast-streetwear-techwear aesthetic; it becomes repetitive since they fallback on the shit they already know.
