To answer your question, the reason why people dislike Kiara is because of a snowball of little events that rub people the wrong way. It's not just one thing she did, it's that she kept doing (in my opinion minor for most) things that could be seen as rude, but because they kept on happening, she developed a reputation. That's why she has so many antis in comparison, because they actually do dislike her, not because they simply "don't care" for her. Lesser known members like Roboco just straight up have no discussion because no one has anything to say, but for Kiara they have multiple examples to point out. That, and I'm sure the fact that her fanbase is so sensitive is why there are so many shitposts, but there are legitimate complaints as well, and at this point the fanbase goes overboard attacking those as well, so the KFP don't have too many outside supporters.

They're so great. I love the story of two foreigners meeting through Hololive, baking a yuri ship into their lore, and actually becoming really close friends who hang out and fuck around with each other all the time. They both seem so happy around each other and it's super sweet. Kiara's huge extrovert energy and her shock jock comedy sensibility squeezing Mori out of her comfort zone, and how deep down they're both just enormous dorks who share a lot of the same nerdy interests, and the way they openly poke fun at each other for things like "oh, so you like Shrek... unironically?" and Kiara calling Mori out on her zoomerness at times. They're just generally a great pair. As much as I love Takamori week I'm so sad to think that this "kindred spirits in a strange land" friendship is coming to an end. Of course they will still be friends remotely and even visit each other, but it's just sad to think that this supportive friendship they've cultivated isn't going to be available to them so readily anymore.

It seems like Kiara has built up quite a few of those friendships in Hololive in Japan. Nene and Marine also seem to be good friends of hers. Hopefully she goes back and visits sometimes.
