I'm actually working on vtuber format. Though, financially, I can really put much money into it so I'm not sure people would be into it if I started now. Would anyone really be interested in seeing, hypothetically, a starting concept art that slowly grew into a 2D-3D moving model over time? Even if I made a storyline reason for it, I feel that people would be impatient and not go for it, no matter the payoff. Also, I feel that first impressions are very important and there are rare spots for a recovery/ resurgence if you stumble along the way so you might as well do your best the first time around.
