I'm gonna be honest.
I haven't been a fan of holoX because of their attitude problems, especially Koyori & Chloe.
But this is really sad and she has my sympathy.
I thought the "I haven't bathed for 1 week" thing is a joke.

Her house is filled with mould because she won't turn the heating on because she is deathly scared of spending money to heat the house, yet doesn't realize the damage she is doing not turning the heating on is going to cost her more to get it repaired compared to just leaving the fucking heating on low all the time.
She's had her house repaired multiple times over the past 20 years. Repaired, not done up, repaired.

We'd be going out to places like malls, cinema, arcades, etc.
I simply used a coarse towel to rub over my body for a few minutes and that was it.
Same exercising regime I'd guess, regular light workout every day, few days of hard workout.
It's the act of showering ITSELF that makes you stink. You rub off loads of beneficial bacteria, giving simpler bacteria a chance to grow. You want to know what the simpler bacteria do? Stink like fuck.
A dry clean with a towel is more than enough.

Sorry, but this is reality. Some people are just that disconnected and they don't even realize that something is inherently wrong. My youngest sister doesn't change her bed sheets like forever and doesn't bathe because she "doesn't sweat". She also wears the same clothes without washing. Her room stinks to high heavens.

Then another younger sister is too much of a clean freak, I go mental when I talk to her. She change her bedsheets like twice a week, washes her hands every time she takes something or does something. Change that to hand sanitizer when she goes outside. Like fuck you sanitize your hand but everything around her technically have bacteria so she just sanitize her hands non-strop. Whenever she goes out and comes back home(yes even like for a while) she needs to wash her hands up to her shoulders and legs up to her knees. Like damn I think she should just take a bath already. She asks if our hands are clean every time she takes something from us or if we take something from her.

My mom was burned out from taking care of them because just imagine cleaning your daughter's stinky bedroom and clothes, and on the other hand having to do laundry many times a week for another daughter that changes to new clothes every time she goes out and comes back. And yes, apparently my mom doesn't teach them common sense.

I had to realize something was wrong when my bed sheets were turning from green to yellow and my pillowcases turning from blue to dark blue. My room just stank from a mixture of probably sweat, cum and mold.

Anyway I moved out and I've never been sick for like 2 years? I was getting sick more often previously, and my sisters getting sick like alternate weeks? Like they had a shit ton of medicine, maybe a few months worth of medication from always visiting the doctors.

Heat plus air flow (open windows) is the best way at sucking stagnant air out.
Limiting any standing water indoors too, so no open bottles of water, basins of water, cups of water sat around the place, etc.
Having plants is a bitch for moisture though, you can easily kill plants by accident using these methods.

i learned to live with depression. ultimately, you never get past it, you can medicate it to a point, but that's not a perminent solution. it was a psych doc who helped me out.

her words were "I can keep feeding you drugs for the rest of your life or you can get used to living with depression and never take another pill again, because this will never go away, but people live with it every day"

so what did that mean to me? well i chose to learn to live with it. some big keys to living with depression.
1) responsibility to others - depression demotivates you way too much to hold yourself responsible, however creating responsibility to others is moderately motivating. regular employment, regular commitments, these are good starts.
2) knowledge when depression is gripping your thought process. I still wake up once or twice a week and just "don't feel" like getting up and calling into work sick. I don't do it because i recognize thats the depression talking and not because i'm sick.
3) stop drinking and/or smoking weed; both are depressents, and i realized i could take as much as 3 days after getting drunk/high before getting back to "normal"
4) structure helps, i learned habits are formed habits if you do them for 6 weeks, habits you'll never stop doing again. knowing this, personal grooming, house cleaning, feeding myself properly, work, how i spend my free time, everything got scheduled out to an insane level, to create a living schedule "habit". it helps a lot if you're used to doing something to keep doing it.
5) recognize the signs of depression at work; so you can forcefully change it. if you think about something you need to do and feel that unwillingness in your chest, stop thinking about "i need to do this" and just do it.

these things worked for me.
