As for Hologura; it's a different canon. Everything in hologura is inconsistent with established lore. For example, Marine somehow has more stamina than Suisei, can survive being thrown out of the window and is strong enough to put both Coco and Suisei in a giant jar. Her unsealed form is stated to be a Laplace's demon, meaning she knows the precise location and momentum of every atom in the universe, their past and future values for any given time are entailed; basically she's omniscient in the scale of an entire timeline.

However, being omniscient doesn't say anything about your power level, nor will it save you from an opponent so powerful that you lose no matter what you do. For example, knowing there is an enemy in every direction is kinda useless when there is no way to escape or beat them.

Basically whatever you throw at her, she will most likely have some bullshit way to counter it, logic be damned, and even if you're somehow able to kill her (she likes to job a lot for some reason), she will come back to life stronger anyway. Haachama's power is a canon version of that, but even more broken, with a horror version of toon force, AND the ability for her to get exponentially more powerful each time she didn't immediately succeed.
