Hell just today I made turkey meatballs in a lemon sauce, served that with asparagus and it all came out to ~400 calories. Had that 5 hours ago and still pretty full.

Drinking h20 as well, of course.

If you're looking to be a healthy degenerate:

Paqui has really fucking good low calorie zero sugar chips if you have snack cravings.
Kombucha has great probiotics with little to no sugar yet a still distinct and even addictive taste
Caffeine will curb cravings. Drink some coffee before you eat, it will make you eat less or be able to skip/delay that meal.
Whey protein is often affordable and very high protein with zero sugar.
Ensure high protein is often used medically to get high weight patients to rapidly drop weight before surgery. That shit can drop over a hundred pounds over a couple months or less if you have three a day. Hospitals use it for a reason.

If you live in a blue state or with cities nearby just shop at a libshit co-op. They usually have deals on a random assortment of stuff, just don't be picky and you'll have reasonable costs. There you can find shit which tastes good without sugars -- the problem some people have is looking for sugary food without sugar... Just pursue different tastes! Plenty of foods and drinks have highs and fulfillment like sugar without any sugar.

Most B vitamins are water-soluble and generally well-handled in high amounts since you'll excrete the rest through the urine. I think there's a couple though that might be more risky to take in high amounts, but I think the upper tolerable limits are more in the couple gram range than anything you'd have in a drink. The body doesn't even absorb most vitamins well when they're just dumped into something, which is one of the reasons why B-complexes tend to have such high amounts of each vitamin.

I've done my homework to know a mask is almost completely useless in preventing the Rona. A healthy diet and a better immune system is much better to keep you from becoming sick. A positive case won't matter until and unless you get sick.

follow the instructions and brew the tea the right way and it wont be so bitter you fuck
but if you are and still cant stand the taste then i recommend trying out a white or oolong tea as those are a bit more "mild" compared to a "bitter" black or earthy green

You were a skeleton when you said you ate only 200 cal a day. You became a landwhale when you said you were 90kg at 181cm. That's at least 15kg overweight.

6ft is 182.88cm. He's about an inch less, making him 5'11. Interestingly, if a guy in a metric country tries to tell you their height in feet, 9 out of 10 times they're 183cm or taller...

>weight isn't coming off, been at 78 kg the last two weeks since I started
Kinda pissed off to be honest. My dietary habits otherwise haven't changed; my weight previously was stable, I'm just taking in significantly less sugar now. Thermodynamics says I should be down a kilo or three by now.

The normal daily intake for a healthy adult is 2000 kcal, so it was well over that and you claim that it is skeleton diet? So you are a 900 pounds clapburger amerisaurus? Or just clinically retarded?

Weight loss typically starts with a quick loss of a what is basically water weight, as the fat cells shrivel before they get turned into energy. If you haven't gotten that part yet, you aren't consuming less energy than your body needs to maintain its weight.

My BMR is 1,759 cal apparently. I thought it was closer to 2000 calories but since I lost my already sedentary job I've been exerting significantly less. I have no idea how I'm eating that much, but it must be true.
Guess I'll get back into having yoghurt for breakfast, something light for lunch and a weight loss shake for dinner.

If you're just sitting at home all day, you can subsist on very low levels of food. Exercise can help speed up the process if you are too stuck in the habit of eating regularly. At a brisk walking pace, you would burn 100 to 300 calories in 30 minutes. Some of those calories will be from stored fat. During the first 30 minutes of exercise, your body is mostly burning sugars that are hanging out in your blood and liver. But if you do the walk first thing in the morning, the calories will come from your fat reserves moreso, as your blood sugar will be lower before breakfast.

Energy in/energy out is the final word, of course. You could just not eat 300 cals instead of walking for 30 minutes. Some people literally cannot stop themselves from grabbing a bite every hour, though, so they need to do exercise.

Yeah I'm not someone capable of a sustained fast, I need to stick things in my mouth occasionally or my gut starts complaining.
Thanks for the protips though; re: exercise I bought Switch Fit a while back, so I should take this opportunity to sink at least an hour a day into it. Probably first thing in the morning to benefit from the burn, as you said.
