Why are Nijisanji fans only in Japan but Hololive fans are spread across the globe?
Holos get SCs from many different countries, but from the Nijis I've seen it's almost all japs

Buying merch is the preferable option for supporting a liver and there's also the fact that Hololive management encourage their talents to sit there spending five minutes trying to respond to individual comments in languages they can't understand in order to cater to them, while most Nijisanji livers will at most, just thank you and move on, if you bother trying to send a message in an alternative language.

Because of clippers. Clippers had easier time clipping hololive and Nijisanji content was way harder to make clips out of. Then it snowballed from there.
