A lot of games I like to play either have defunct publishers or their rights are in limbo. Normally you can play these games via fair use. Which sadly fair use does not apply to Cover.

To be honest, I don't really get her "can't sing in Japanese" thing. It's just copying the sounds you hear. People sing in languages they can't speak all the the time, and she can actually speak some Japanese. Your pronunciation doesn't even have to be perfect, it just has to sound vaguely like the song. Black and White came out in 2010, and I would say those were the first ones with decent online features. Diamond and Pearl had online, but then I question how they would talk to each other. I think the Blue Archive stream was probably one of her best art streams so far. That and her Sana portrait stream were both regular ones.

So far Members have only gotten a peek at the commissions she was doing for Cover, but she was still pretty early into the sketching phase for those. I wouldn't mind if she just stuck to doing more drawing streams like Blue Archive, but with different games.

Finally, there's the matter of their ages, based on the ages that get posted here, them being kids was quite a while ago (they are almost my age apparently) so this story has to take place in the 00's based on other details even if it was online (unless you think Ina's second or third Pokemon game was in her 20's).

At the start of their very first collab together (the bunny man game) they talked about their onesies pajamas they wore. Again, that's a weird detail for adult online-only friends to reminisce about. It's obvious they want fans to think they were friends as kids and clearly their fans on every other site do think that, but here people say it's impossible without ever explaining why. It's like knowledge of them on this site doesn't come from anything in their streams at all.

I haven't either, but people mention Shion, Polka, and Okayu a lot. Polka came into Sana's chat and promised to deliver Dittos to EN, so she recognizes their importance. Okayu was playing Unite for a while, and in the matches I've seen her play she definitely just seems to be fucking around with her opponents. She's a big fan and seems to know what she's doing. Shion's Pokemon streams seemed like an event, and people have said she's streamed the older games.

As much as I don't enjoy Mori (not influenced by /vt/), I do feel she's a good role model for Sana in regards to her content so I'm glad they're still in touch. Mori has a great balance between short clips, 1-2 hours streams and endurance. Sana could be really creative with short videos and skits if she puts her editing and animation skills to use.
