The problem I find with this is that Holox clearly watched Hololive before joining and definitely knows all the 5ch rrats about matuli, so they can only be associating with her as a deliberate act rather than a "oh they didn't know matsuri is fucked in the head" kind of thing. Also the Orca seems like she'll end up being the next matsuri, given how she talks about being clinically diagnosed with low-level psychopathy. So Orca and Festival together will create a new shitstorm of ebin proportions.

But she did save Coco, Coco was planning to graduate back in summer of 2020 but FBK basically signaled that if Coco didn't get backup from Cover then FBK would also graduate and fuck them up. Coco staying on for a year was literally because of FBK and Coco only graduated because she felt like then zhangs would leave FBK alone (they didn't).

The entire thing wasn't even because of Coco anyway, it was because Bilibili thoguht they could make their own domestic streamers bigger than foreign ones, but this backfired since Gura is now the most clipped streamer on Bilibili because sharkunny/Ameriphilia runs strong in China because Americans can jerk off to porn freely while in China, you lose Xibux if you jerk off too much because they are watching you fap, so bilibili has lost traffic as a result. It was, by all definitions, a loss for China.
