Like Millie, Finana is a weird case. Despite the subcount, her core fanbase is actually really small. She made the mistake of chasing after the gacha community, particularly Honkai. From what I've observed, they seem to care more about the game than about the streamer, because they don't show up to her non-Honkai streams (she hovers around 1k unless it's a special collab with her being the main POV), don't superchat (lowest earnings), don't member (her chat is often fully grey names, and she couldn't even fill Fall Guys lobbies during her membership stream), and as we can see, don't buy merch.
