We could also dig the rabbit hole deeper and call Gura a soubrette who speaks using her head voice.

I personally would classify Kiara as Lyric Soprano talking with her head voice and Mori is Soprano using her glottal voice to talk. Mori's talking/deep voice has no power because she does not sing with her chest enough. Because if she were to do it her voice would be almost as high as Gura's. (And knowing Mori, she gets embarassed by her high voice so she forces a low voice)

Okayu, Nu-Suisei, Sora, Azki. Maybe Robocco and Mio. All the others debuff themselves hard just to remain in character.

You can try to assign classical vocal ranges to them based on instances of them being able to reach down to X note and up to Y note and maintain proper tone, but to try to actually use these terms is pointless because they specifically apply to classical vocals.

Ina is a high Mezzo or a Soprano with lower notes. Hitting that repeated A#4 to G5 sequence is not something a Mezzo would usually even try, but on the other comfortable singing and and speaking range is somewhere around C4..C3.
With her voice and her formal musical background she could unironically be a very good singer if she wanted to.

I think people shouldn't use the terms Lyric and Dramatic too much because they're so easy to misunderstand unless you know what they're referring to
Also none of them are singing in Classical technique or with support anyway so it's hard to even tell what their actual voice quality is
