The secret to starting your voice acting is to just fuck around with your muscles and mouth shapes to see what noises you can make. Just don't cause strain or hurt yourself.

Hear a fun accent you want to try? Pull up 2-3 lines of someone saying it. Record yourself copying it then play it back. Pick one or two specific letters, the way they say "ahh" or "ehh" or whatever. Maybe it's how much emphasis they put on syllables. Then record yourself messing around with your voice again. Pay attention to where your tongue is, where your larynx is, where your teeth are, how much strain you put on your throat or tongue or lips.

Become more aware of what sounds your mouth and throat are capable of making and get used to adjusting different muscles one by one to see how to can create those sounds. After that it's really just fucking around and practicing a ton.

There's really nothing else you need to do when you get started.

I don't know what your setup is like but when I took up drawing digitally I just got a secondhand tablet at a local store and whenever I use it I push my keyboard out of the way (though still close enough that I can abuse ctrl-z admittedly) so I have a bit more desk space since otherwise it wouldn't fit. I also just have the one monitor so it's hard to focus on anything else (if I'm watching a stream while drawing I'm either just using it as background noise or constantly distracted and it takes me five times as long as it would otherwise to finish.)

Pretty much. A hybrid approach would be the best way to go about doing indie boosting. Clip HoloEN, NijiEN, and or Vshojo about 50-75% of the time, and then fill the rest with the indies of your choice. Mind you, this is a very time and labor intensive task, so this would need to be the handywork for a super fan or a coordinated team of fans.

The alternative would be to find someway to slip in a clip to a big clip channel, either via bribe or making a clip that is so great that you win over the channel owner.
