On the one hand I wish I could assure her of my loyalty to her, but on the other, I've seen plenty of KFP who do the overtures of loyalty and simping worship of Kiara, only to jump ship as soon as something new catches their fancy. I just don't see it. Other than her occasional mention of missing impromptu collabs and not being able to reasonably make collabs eithout messing with her sleep schedule, there's no difference in the actual collab itself. Her energy is still the same, she continues to take control, and has fun with her collab partner. Got done watching the Momotaru collab a week or two ago and the energy was on par with anything she's recently done.
I'll admit that I don't watch most of her JP collabs because they are usually steeped in Japanese, but the one with Peko a while back was actually pretty good as she tried to often break down situations in English so I could actually know what was going on.

This time specifically I would say it's inevitable, she barely had any time to practice unless she decided to stream even less this week, and she wouldn't do that just to practice. Her squeezing in hours of snging practice before this, and the results I must say were quite admirable.
There's no real way to convince her to stream less for the sake of once in a month or two session of Kiaraoke. Like you said, just let her use the time available to take care of her health problems first.
I've always been a firm believer that she would reach to even the top of HoloEN in terms of pure singing ability with the help of a professional coach, but not at the cost of her physical or mental health. KFP has turned into one of if not her biggest mental support system, which is in all honesty unfortunate, I don't want her to become too parasocial despite my inner Gosling screaming. So long traning session that could take a toll on her throat and she has to stream less because of it, that would just make everything worse.
