Think of Charzu like your sister, she is weird, bratty and kinda dumb when it comes to a lot of things but you can still see how passionate she about certain things. She wants to improve on her streaming talents and tries a lot of different types of streams. My only complaints for her is she can dwell on topics a bit long and take a while to get to the point or punchline weakening the joke. There isn't really a right or wrong answer to this, everyone's different. Like on the one hand it can feel rude to leave without saying anything especially if you previously spoke up in chat. However when streamers are mindful enough to maintain a certain... air of distance by not being overly friendly/familiar with any names in particular, then I think in that kind of atmosphere it's acceptable to just leave silently, because it's not like you're being treated as a unique individual, so you're not necessarily leaving them hanging by just leaving without a word.

Now on the other hand it's nice to have the streamer say bye to you because it feels more personal and enhances the parasocial thing.

If we consider streamers' POV, it could still go either way. Some streamers can take a (small) mental hit from seeing a viewer leave even if they logically understand it doesn't make sense to expect all viewers to stay until the end. But I think the girls are all successful enough that they're relatively insulated from this (then again maybe not because it's an illogical insecurity in the first place). At any rate they probably expect a good amount of it at this point because it's a relatively common thing to do in this environment. And like the other anon said some of them like Shee are into the parasocial thing.
