I think that Marine's throat problems are not only due to her being overworked with studio recordings and streaming but also due to habits in her daily life, for example she eats very greasy food, which is bad for the throat. Marine likes things like hamburgers and french fries, as well as other greasy foods like chicken nuggets. She had stomach reflux last year and the doctor advised her to improve her diet and to sleep more, we don't know if she actually followed that advice. On top of that she loves to drink alcohol and which is also an irritant if the throat. Fortunately she is not a smoker. I know all this because I also had throat problems similar to Marine's to the same degree of having bleeding sores, I couldn't even speak and after medical treatment and lifestyle changes it hasn't happened again although there are seasons when I am hoarse which I assume is the same for Marine only she is worse because she forces her voice to stream.
She needs to take a complete break from everything, meaning no studio work or recording or anything, a complete shut down and as I said, she needs to improve her lifestyle which ironically being so busy is what pushes her to have all those bad habits in the first place.
Hopefully Marine finally wakes up and realizes that her health is way more important than her career, if she fucks up her voice now it will not only destroy her career but her life too.

I've seen a lot of theories about X and Y, but this is a pretty deep accusation.
But going with the line of thought of feeling empathetic towards an entertainer who you care for, could you please elaborate?
All I ever surmised from her upbringing is that her family was poor, and her mother was only around until a certain point (passed away?) and then it was just Marine and her reclusive sister living with their father for most of her catholic school life and time at her desk job.
