I wouldn't be surprised if she has less than 1000 fans outside of east asia. Most NijiJPs only have Japanese fans with some other east asians mixed in. Very few westerners, SEAs or other overseas viewers

Not really that I've seen (only watched her play through one JRPG). She mostly does game streams and it's not worth stopping and disrupting the stream to parse a message that's in a foreign language, especially if it constitutes only a very small minority of her viewer base. Maybe if it's during a lull period in the game or a chatting stream.
Just imagine if you're streaming a game and getting 100 messages a minute and one Russian message zooms by every now and then. Are you going to stop what you're doing, copy and paste that into a translator, just to acknowledge that message?

Most of the overseas fans that chose to watch Nijisanji know enough Japanese to watch streams directly, because there just aren't enough clips. There is no real reason for the talents to speak English for fans outside Japan, because they already understand them in Japanese

RPGs are a huge EOP filter, so even with her having better English than other JP vtubers she still modtly has a Japanese audience just from the content she broadcasts. Sister Claire, Hayama and Chii-chan all have a much larger English presence in their chatrooms despite having worse or non-existent English speaking skills in Claire's case.
