The CCV shown, though may not reflect what the actual audience watching is, because of factors like the time at which the streams start, the AI selectively discounting viewers if it think they're not really humans watching, etc, etc.

Some people are cut for it, some aren't.

She may have singlehandedly costed Nijisanji their first mover advantage in the west tho (alongside with Shizuka Rin).
She debuted before Coco, had name recognition in the west by virtue of being an english speaking chuuba even more than Haachama and could have been the bridge between Nijisanji and the western audience.

The fact she forfeit that chance is sad for Nijis and a luck break for Holos, which would have to become permanently married to the chinese market if that had happened

That's just her being selfish, and there's nothing wrong with that most of the time. I get that she's not someone who likes to be the center of attention and that's fine in most cases but from a team perspective, especially NijiID who is suppose to be the closest branch in Nijisanji, she not only screwed herself but her colleagues too. But after watching her go back and watch Marine playing Mariokart, Pekora playing MarioKart, Rushia playing MarioKart, pretty much any Holo or top level Niji playing it and you will get a sense of the difference, the professionalism, the deliberation of every action and word.

There is a WORLD of difference between the top streamers and the ones at the bottom of the ranking and it is not just branding or luck. Lots of talent and hard work go into it (and also lots of luck and lots of branding, but it doesn't carry the streamer to the goal, only to the field)

Funny enough, I love doing this to a degree when I'm browsing through 2views as well. Fallenshadow is extremely hard working and very dedicated to her following (two weeks off when one of her closest family members died) which is why most people say that. She's unstable yes but 50% of hololive is menhera, and she never demonstrates it on stream except for getting a little clingy. I do worry that she's already under too much pressure lately, but she's implied she's supporting her entire family whilst dealing with a big loss and also pumping out nonstop content, so that doesn't surprise me at all. I'm not sure if being Holo would relieve or worsen the pressure.

As for her personality, she's all of those things and also very dedicated, has the most insane sense of humour and can be randomly INCREDIBLY chaotic, whilst also being innocently cute. She's a very skilled artist and actually good at ASMR, and a lot of her viewers, we kind of just agree she has this weird magnetic draw to her that makes you want to protect her and keep her happy. Hard to describe, but lots of people feel it, even first-time viewers. She has a lot of gachikoi and I imagine it's for this reason. (I swear, I see multiple individuals drop 500+ a week)

The collab with silvi was a bit awkward, but I think it was only her second or third collab ever so that doesn't surprise me. Not to mention Silvi doesn't have much going for her, I'm still almost convinced she's just a very dedicated leech trying to take a cut of Shadow's audience. I hope Shadow isn't genuinely attached to her, that might cause issues. IMO it really seems like she's trying to find a replacement for Lily. It's obvious she's not over their friendship and is still upset / missing her.

Collabs are not her strong point at all though, that's zatsudan for sure. She can talk for like 6 hours straight and it doesn't get boring. Games are actually a debuff for her. (600 viewers chatting, 350-400 today?)

Also no, she doesn't have any friends anon, part of her draw is that she is an insane hikkineet who doesn't go outside and has never had a friend .She went on a tangent yesterday about how she had a teacher that sat her alone facing the wall away from the class for a couple years just because she's schizophrenic.

That said if she goes Holo (it's not a matter of corpo, she does better than every other corporation as an indie) I'll support her, I'm just worried she will lose her creative spark and energy, or become complacent as a lot of HoloEN are. Part of her draw is her unpredictability, and with a corpo threatening her she might not be able to keep up random sexist jokes and calling out twitter constantly. Hololive would be lucky to have her, as long as I'm not totally off (quite sure I'm not) and we don't have another Aloe.
