Ame makes more in Superchats, but that's not 100% of the Hololive income. There's merch, ad revenue, membership, etc. More fans typically means more merch sales, it's why Dream and those other big streamers are able to make so much money despite some of them rarely ever actually streaming. They sell merch to hundreds of thousands of fans. Gura probably outearns her by a mile.

That being said, Nina can still do amazing as an indie. All the VShojos make more than the Indie ENs and 100% of their income goes to them with significantly more freedom. If anything, she should go the Leaflit route and get a manager or producer to help her with some guidance on content creation, networking, and reaching a larger audience.
