Her old channel was very creative. She had lots of avatars, would dress up IRL, do lots of motion tracking gimmicks, stick herself in the opengl void, break her model by attaching random eyes or mapping her arms to her legs.

It feels like she isn't getting to be as creative at hololive. So instead this energy goes to things like NFT jokes or setting up VR Chat. Which is cool content... but sometimes only for other stars while she runs around herding cats.

It also feels like she ties her self-worth to these projects rather than the normal streams. When she played Pokemon she said "I'm going to mostly play this off stream so go watch one of the other fifty channels playing it." Like nobody was tuning in to see her specifically.
