Or in certain cases, you have to be massively successful and actually can give something back to the artist. Uto and Nabi is a good example cause Nabi at first didn't even say anything about Uto at all but when Uto got popular and actually helped Nabi in getting even more exposure, Nabi came in. It also helped that Uto wasn't a massive bitch to her artist. Amelia was a success and put Nabi on the map while Uto cemented her position. It's a 2part thing. For Nacho she seem to have a harder time since besides Gura, the rest are literal who's and Kana is a huge psychopathic bitch on par with Artia at this point.
