Trying to find the next Gura is impossible since Gura was lightning in a bottle that can not be replicated. i think one of the things that sets hololive apart is the fact that so, so many of their talents are capable of making produced content and not just livestreaming. people with a production mindset who want to do more than just come in and stream video games, and grabbing from the wider non vtuber pool has got to be easier than finding specifically vtubing interested talent who aren't already snapped up at this point.
more niche genre musicians, as mori has clearly shown in the west idol music does trash numbers in comparison. An animator would be a fantastic pickup too. someone like selen who is real fucking good at games would be great also.

more than anything its just important that they keep it fresh. everyone in myth had super focused areas of interest and it worked out really well, sana is the only person in council with that level of talent and she specifically chooses not to use it or engage with it in her streams. get people who make things.

You're overlooking the biggest and most obvious factor, the one that makes her stand out compared to every Holo not named Suisei: Her incredible, unstoppable musical output. She's a musical powerhouse, probably the strongest one in Hololive, able to organize production for, write lyrics for, sing, and make MVs for her own stuff and her genmates stuff sometimes, and do all that consistently multiple times a month without fail.
