It's not just because of "some policy". Legit more than half of all Hololive vods got taken down due to copyright strikes, even after the "approval" by said "policies". They have different permissions because they are officially recognized as a company, some of them companies don't and/or forget to clarify the appropriate amount of permissions that cover is allowed to have and give them indie permissions, thus they get struck down. They didn't do this out of their own volition, and of course they would rather have the vods up like everyone else.

Just remember, prior to this whole situation Nux had burned bridges with all but one vshojo member. Had Nux maintained a good relationship with the girls (like he pretend to have in his videos), this would have never happened. In the end Nux only cares about making a monetizable video.
