That actually would make a lot of sense, I remember as I was watching the Council debuts I was surprised that most of them had the same kind of voice. Even Kronii used to do a cutesy voice. It seems like that while deeper voices are common in real life the cutesy voices are what people "expect" from a vtuber so they have trouble finding people with voices like Kronii's who actually suit the model.
