Flare has gotten much bigger, but some streams only reach 1.5k, which means her viewers come and go and watch other Holos. That said, I love both and I'm glad Flare has grown so much. Not possible to gain fat 3kg that fast, body weight can fluctuate a kilo or two in one day depending on the time of day you weigh yourself and what you've ate, but it doesn't mean you've gained weight becessarily.

I burned like 400 cal with just half an hour of HIIT if my bike trainer's computer is even remotely accurate. I think losing weight is possible even if you aren't particularly strict on diet as long as one's consistent with exercises.

I suspect that she markets her stuff incredibly poorly on purpose so she has an excuse build in if it flops in order to protect her self-esteem. It's easier to just self-sabotage from the start than to put all your heart and effort into something and still watch it fail or underperform relative to your peers.

Keep in mind that she's a short asian girl, her average daily calories burned is probably 2/3 that of let's say an average american male. Or even less. So she can easily go over her TDEE with a little bit of sweets and an ubereats meal. Not only that, burning 400kcal with HIIT will take longer because of her size for example, so she'd need more exercise as well. Unless you weigh as little as her.

In short, nutrition always comes before exercise and is #1 for losing weight, I'd say.

Yeah not really. At least she counts her macros during her diets when she commits to them, but it won't take long till she goes back because after her diets she just starts eating junk again. Which is common for most people actually

are you saying that given the same effort, a smaller person will burn less calories? like obviously if it's body weight then yeah, but if it's a bike trainer with resistance level, then I'd imagine it just has to do with whether the legs can keep up
