Pekora is a sociopath. I don't mean that in the meme le war criminal way, but she doesn't seem to value other people at all unless they're useful to her like Moona. She has fun hanging out with people but she doesn't spend a moment of her free time considering how they feel. Miko feels abandoned and thinks Pekora hates her, Kiara is disillusioned after meeting her and can't see her as anything more than a colleague, and even Marine knows she has to keep her distance.
