Actually, I can see it being decently entertaining.
A vtuber who is an edgy shitlord true crime fan that is constantly talking about how much they dislike people and idolize joker esque serial killers or other school shooters. Maybe even have them do shitty creepypasta showcases and every other stream is them planning out a school shooting on a fictional school down to how many bullets they spend and how many kills are acceptable before they become an hero for their cause. Of course they'd always pussy out by the end of the stream and move on to a different school.
