I like all of myth, they've all got their strong suits but Kiara is clearly my favorite.

Inside hololive? I'd probably have to say Subaru. I'm actually quite fond of all the birds as it happens, and while she's brand new I actually found Lui's debut to be the one most interesting to me. I actually used to watch Pekora a lot as well so that's another amusing coincidence that makes Kiara being my no.1 make more sense.

That doesn't make it unoriginal. Again, jeans and suits are worn everywhere but not all jean and suit designs are the same. Kiara's outfit is not 'literally' the same as any random girl's. It proceeds from a familiar style, but the element is design, as with the 'fast food restaurant' features of the OG's sleeveless top, is in the details which I have already pointed out.

Not really, except maybe in the sense that they are probably too many items. There's nothing radical about combining a beret with a skirt and a sleeveless top. What stands out primarily about them and makes them unlikely to be worn IRL is their bright colour and the exaggerated details, which are equivalent to things like the check trim on her jean shorts. Just because the details are subtle and understated doesn't make them unoriginal. In fact, going from Steins;Gate, those subtler, more classical designs probably suit him better.
