If it were true, Sana wouldn't already have had like five drawing streams. She and Ina have already collab'd on a couple projects for Cover too, including one unreleased one they've both shown parts of on their streams.
The people coming up with this stuff just don't watch Sana, and they bank on the people that fall for it to not be watching her either.
