As I understand it, Sony jewed her through legalese. She used to be one of the biggest Vtuber in Japan in the first wave, however she started working for company so that she has better support staff. Sony sees opportunity and buy her contract from the company. From then on it escalated because she didn't read contract too well and everything about her belongs to the corporation now including character, model, lines she has to say etc. The company determined her work hours and what she has to say like clockwork. When she expressed frustration, the manager bullied her and threatened to replace her because they own her character anyway. All of this drove her to a mental breakdowns and she almost swore off the internet, but not before rallying the Japanese indies about Sony's Black Company.
