I don't understand this line of argumentation. Putting aside the drawing debate entirely (which would lead us down the violence in video games rabbit hole), doesn't the entire issue stem from the fact that it's obviously wrong because of the inability to make informed consent and not the body type? People don't say that BDSM fetishists are rapists or rape enablers because they're attracted to having one person exert their will on another. I'm a little worried about people who find that aspect to be the main issue because that belies an acceptance or tolerance for violations of autonomy so long as this specific and very physical threshold is passed. Aside from the fact that anime is so highly stylized that making a 1:1 connection with reality is borderline schizophrenic, you're muddying the waters about why something is wrong in the first place by fixating on what essentially boils down to an arbitrary checklist of characteristics that you can't really justify as being wrong in and of themselves.

What about flat women? Short women? Women with high pitched voices? What if they have a combination of some of those traits? What if they had all but one? What if they had all of them? How many marks on your checklist need to pass? What if someone else has a different checklist or a different threshold? What makes them a better or worse arbiter than you?

The fundamental issue is the predatory nature and sexual excitement arising from violating the consent of others, particularly underdeveloped minds, and that's
the danger. I just don't see how your way of looking at things is useful. You could define things that way, but how is that helpful in ethical determination?
