Im sorry to tell you this but its better if you stop hoping for Aloe's return.
Delu already said that her contract is not suspended but terminated. She still has her extreme ups and downs. Her situation isn't really stable either, she just came back from 1 month long vacation and before that she streamed once or twice since September. While I hate to say this, she lacks someone who would make her stream regularly.
And then there is an awful place that is hololive. They already fucked up once when Aloe graduated. They never improved, they are still putting boot on their talent's throats when it comes to collab restrictions and other rules. Hololive is the last place where Delu should go. Sure it would be amazing to see Aloe once again but Delu needs serious therapy and she lives in Japan. Good luck with getting proper mental health help in Japan.

Hololive is like any other workplace, the reason it could be helpful is because she would have good coworkers/peers and a better support network in that nature (fans and online supporters are not the equivalent of actual peers/friends since they're ultimately still randos on the internet). Sure they may not be able to fix her personal issues but they do have a lot of experience with the whole vtuber thing, and for other shit the company itself has generally figured out the vtuber content pipeline so she wouldn't have to undertake that shit as much herself. Like with many things in life, if things aren't going well it's usually the wrong approach, but she'd have to make that assessment. Obviously being a Holo comes with its stresses and pressures but that's what it's like at the top, and she'd have to learn to adapt like everyone else.
