Sana's low growth is understandable, but consider that Kronii streams the least out of them but is still head and shoulders above the rest and somehow ahead because of mommyfags and fatfags. Mumei also has long periods of not streaming or doing anything intelligent on stream but is almost entirely carried by "uguu she cute". Baelz feels like she streams as often as possible and still gets mogged hard.

Yeah, there have been some trajectory changes since the start. Bae's design made her a likely favorite before debut, but Kronii and Mumei gained traction more quickly after debuting. Fauna also did to a lesser extent making her close to even with Bae. Sana unfortunately doesn't seem to have as widespread of an appeal as the others, but at least she has a good amount of Superchatters.

Besides them, the next biggest is Nijisanji EN, which I'm a fan of. But I've recently been trying out some of the Prism girls. In theory I support indies, but I just haven't found any good quality indies yet. Most indies don't stream on youtube, and have a shitty mic. If I found a good quality indie I would watch them.

Remember that many of the people you're fans of started out as indies.
