Am I weird for deriving some kind of perverse pleasure from watching indie vtubers flounder, struggle and eventually die?
You'll see them go through the phases of becoming increasingly desperate. They try to network, try to go viral, try fotm games, try marathon streams, try to redebut all while never breaking 10 viewers. Then after a few months they delete all their accounts without a word. The funniest outcome is when they make a long weepy post about retiring and "leaving the community" and it gets zero replies.

Most saviorfags (here at least) generally reserve their saviorfagging to girls who are actually determined to make it as a VTuber. There are legitimately good indie VTubers who just go unnoticed because they don't catch the algos or they use something like Twitcast.

If their content revolves around numberfagging and trying to go viral then they are probably not worth saving in the first place.
