And besides that, most of the Asian vtubers don't have any "Mongoloid" features if you want to go with your terminology, because the original anime look was inspired by American cartoons from 30's to 50's, so as a consequence Asian characters were made to look like non-Asian main characters of said cartoons, while black people usually looked like caricatures of African-Americans from those years.

It's simple - instead of just complaining that someone else should make a black vtuber for you (typical nigger behavior, can't build anything on their own, just cries for gibsmedats from someone else), just make your own black vtuber avatar ("b-but that takes effort, uuugh..." oh noes), start streaming and see what comes out of it.

If it were true that black vtubers are an underserved gap in the market, then you'll be massively successful as a first mover and there will be more black vtubers following to copy your success. Or if you find out that the audience by and large doesn't want black vtubers as much as you do, despite your protestations, then that might clue you in on what the market has decided, and why for example the big corpos aren't simply "giving" you black vtubers (because not enough people actually "want" them).
