They seem pretty rare. I would just recommend that you learn Japanese. If you just want to watch game streams you can probably learn 90% of what they say in a week or two.

Not sure if all individual chooba's Dis***d have it, but my oshi's Dis***d have a live stream section where people talk with each other and give context to what's happening on stream

You won't find it often and one of the recent ones (Matsuri/Kiara) got noticed by Cover, you aren't supposed to sub an entire VOD.

Op, please think for a second and realise that’s a pipe dream. You can’t expect (quality) translators to translate hours and hours of content for free. However if you bother to do some digging there are some good translators that have made good long clips of some streams. I’d suggest looking for Korone clippers that are good at translating and tend to do longer clips.

Or there’s that one 3D stream of Matsuri that lyger did but I don’t know who’d want to watch that
