Can they do concerts? Absolutely. The biggest ones (since we're talking Niji, Holo, Kizuna, etc) have enough money and pull to easily set up a concert, but why would they? They're not singers. Setting up a concert requires nothing but money, and these people have it. They're making 10 times what the holos are taking home if we're just talking similarly sized talents on Twitch and they have significantly more freedom.

Skit videos? That's not even exclusive to chuuba Youtubers do this, but yes. Most are better with "improv" and off the cuff quips, but some like Ludwig have done skits before as "ads" for their gameshows.
