I want Omaru Polka to take me to the dentist but as i enter the dentist office the Doctor would open their mask and reveal themselves to be Omaru Polka all along, then she would strap me into the Dentist chair and force my mouth open so she could slowly chip my teeth one by one cutting it half using a nail clipper. In the end she would force feed me the tooth clippings which results in my intestines being torn from the inside and i would die from internal bleeding
