FFXIV takes arguably more skill than any other game and anyone in the know recognizes Ina's accomplishments. Gura gets praised for being good at Rhythm games, Suisei gets praised for being good at Tetris. It should be the same for Ina. She shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath as some filthy casual like Kiara who plays a game for 10 minutes and calls herself an "addict".

No, as a triple legend myself I know a lot of awful players who got to triple legend, its memorization and jump rope.
Bahamut and ultima weapon in particular are much easier now with synched stats.
She cleared them when they were relevant, meaning she had a good group, but FFXIV is much more about consistency and memorization than skill.
You barely need to adapt on the go like you do in a FPS multiplayer game for example, its always the same script with a few variations.

I had a raid group that lasted for about 2 years with the same people, and then 1-2 people would have to leave because of work or school, and from there it was a slow fall with rotating people every few months just to have a full 8, but if we didn't hit the final phase every time then we were "too slow." The Confirm button (NumPad 0 or Circle on the PS4 JP) lets you interact with the nearest NPC even if players are blocking them. You can also click on a blocked NPC's nameplate even if you can't see it.

From what I understand it's not that she doedn't omay, but rather she toned down on playing considerably.
Her FC went pretty hardcore during HW and had an A-Team of World Racers and Popular XIV characters in StB who'd play 8 hours a day to get to say they got SERVER first (i.e: Probably World 25th) and now she only rarely plays with her FC friends. But since they cleared the tier she's been on break.
