Man, i don't know if you ever spent some time in discord servers. There is no right place for depressed people to go other than therapy, used to be one of those depressed guys who would get drunk and rant about my problems there. People try to help you but after several attempts they will do better and distance from you, the only person who can help you is yourself, and maybe some therapy can assist you with the process.
I realized all this and grew some balls, dealt with my problems and now i am doing great. It takes strength to grow up and learn that.
