For whatever reason, it's a lot more common for non-Japanese VTubers. Japanese VTubers largely just tweet several hours before they're gonna stream. I agree that it's strange for schedules to even be a thing, but here we are.

Pretty much. If oshi hasn't announced she'll be streaming by 9PM I usually give up hope, but sometime she surprises me and puts up a stream window past 10PM. Every day is a surprise.
