The most unlikely part is them queueing at the same time and who knows the real chances of that. They also need to have a similar rank.
If you try to do it intentionally with streamsniping for example then it's not that hard. The queue in APEX isn't that big and a lot of people will already be in a premade team so those don't count. It also gets easier the higher their rank is.
