The computer hardware shouldn’t effect the model animation. Only game and stream quality

it was developed in-house from the open source package that only has tracking features (that's why they are always last on showcasing updates like attaching stuff)

they are all in a "L2D Party" (on occasions on separate rooms and stream the green-screen though discord), a room where the tracking data is sent to the host (which has everyone's model pre-loaded), it has some very light interpolation so I don't think anyone would notice it, in fact, it completely breaks when losing packages (aka, someone disappears and they have to re-load everything)

No it doesn't. The switch needs to be in docked mode to capture the HDMI signal, and when it's docked the screen shuts off (also the official dock covers the screen anyway)
