He probably only dictates the things that might reflect badly for the company as a whole such as requiring every talent to acquire permissions for the games they're playing so that Cover doesn't get sued out of their ass. As if Twitch would be any better. Codemiko has been banned several times there and is skating on thin ice of getting a permaban. For example, she got banned because she made a donation thing where if you donated a dollar it would show a letter D on her vtuber's phone and as a joke called it donating a dollar for a D pic. Twitch staff didn't care about the context and kept her banned. Then she got banned again because one of the outfits for her model didn't completely cover her hips. Twitch has weird rules about that sort of thing. The hips need to be completely covered. You can have any amount of cleavage but you can't show underboob or you get banned. If you get banned, your whole fucking channel disappears and shows a 404 page when people try to go to it.
