DK 64 is the first 3D Donkey Kong game. It's loosely based on Donkey Kong Country, but it's 3D.
The game is criticized for its game design, by essentially having 5 different games side by side, one for each character. But it's pretty memorable, and memable. It's one of those classic old games, like Super Mario 64 and Banjo Tooie. It's not as comedic as Banjo Tooie, and not as platformer as Super Mario 64, it's kind of in between.
Honestly the more I think about it, the more I want to see someone play Banjo Tooie, although they've probably already played it when they were kids.
