Who said that? Niji doesn't give a fuck about their chuubas, they don't even give them a salary. It's impossible for them to run out of money when making more chuubas for them is basically a one time cost. Their company won't run out of money, but no one will care about the billionth chuuba they debut, as already seen.

They have no salary, that's what they signed up for, and they still make money. Hell, some of them buy cars and studios that cost millions of yen. Several have donated millions of yen to things like animal shelters, orphanages, and hospitals.
