This is why the whole "lightning in a bottle" meme is bullshit, also when the Holofags do it. You could easily swap out Elira for Selen and it would also be called lightning in a bottle by many, maybe even more people. You could have recast Finana with someone else and again, lightning in a bottle would also be achieved. If lightning in a bottle is possible under many different circumstances it really wasn't lightning in a bottle in the first place.

Finana is borderline vshojo trash, elira is a boring nornalfag and Pomu is actually-good.

Between Lazu and Obsidia basically combine Pomu, Selen and Rosemi as the ideal group IMO. Wave 3 I dunno about yet, I like Enna the most of them but they all feel a cut or two below most of the first two waves minus Petra (who I frequently forget exists at all).

Playing devil's advocate for a second you could argue while the individual parts of Lazulight aren't anything special their chemistry as a group set the foundation for NijiEN's popularity in an already saturated market.

If they had debuted Obsydia or Ethyria as the first wave their absolute lack of chemistry wouldn't be made up by Selen's individual talent.

In that case the phrase "lightning in a bottle" could be applicable when referring to Lazulight as a group, because getting a group with good chemistry is probably even rarer than getting an individual talent like Selen.
