Interesting zatsudans are pretty simple to do even if you don't have anything interesting going on personally. Just know your audience and talk about the things they want to hear. Being in Hololive itself makes zatsudans easier because it gives plenty of opportunities to bring up topics and answer questions that people want to hear. Also, sound enthusiastic and not monotone.

Gura's gotten better than anyone ever thought she would be at zatsu over the past half a year since she came out of her shell and IRyS is an utter chatterbox regardless of the stream she's in or doing, but Kiara's made zatsudan one of her primary content focuses with her superchat readings and after-stream chats since she started and it's gotten her the most vocal and dedicated fanbase in holoEN, for better or for worse
she's not my oshi (t. IRyS enjoyer), but I respect the zatsu grind and how she can talk for 6 hours while holding the attention of her fans for over a year
