before you audition here are things that you NEED to have:
-streaming/content creation experience
-an existing audience with decent numbers
-ability to play a character

in addition you need to have at least one of the following qualities:
-another language
-elite level skill in a talent that you can stream eg singing, gaming, drawing

bonus points:
-good voice
-singing (important)
-a charming personality :)

make sure your audition video is high quality and eye catching right from the beginning. it should showcase all your talents within 5 minutes while remaining in character.

when you reach interviews just answer the questions as best you can. make sure you are respectful and personable but dont forget to be confident and sell yourself.

ability to play a character is optional, just recite your characters background sometimes and just be yourself. Look at Finana.

you can mostly drop it after debut but you need to stay in character for the audition. even finana is still playing a character in the sense that its a different version of herself to the one she presents to family for example, although her character has definitely changed since she debuted.

It's more than just personality problems with petra, she got a laptop instead of an actual desktop PC just for streaming, and her singing skills are decent but she has shitty equipment. Her best and most popular stream is where she shuts up and doesn't speak a single word in her piano stream, fucking irony.
